Helinetwork International, a specialist in the sale of new and overhauled spare parts for more than 25 years, is able to process orders for parts classified as dangerous goods.
As a trusted service provider, we take care of the administrative formalities from our offices located in France for all the following parts:
- Fire extinguishers
- Batteries
- Flotation bottles
- Solvents, paints, primers, glues and resins
In line with our policy of trust and transparency, the necessary formalities for sending the documents listed above are entrusted to an accredited entity. This entity is able to complete the “Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods” and prepare a package that complies with the requirements for the shipment of dangerous goods.
For pyrotechnic cartridges and cartridge feeders, a further authorization is required in addition to the “Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods”. Helinetwork International must obtain an Explosives Export Authorization. On the other hand, the customer must obtain an Authorization for the Importation of Explosive Products from the competent authorities of his country.
It should be noted that parts requiring an Explosives Export Authorization can only be sent to the end customer because of their dangerousness. When ordering, the customer must therefore provide us with the information relating to the end customer and must ensure that the country in which the end customer resides authorises the import of this type of part.
The lists presented above are not exhaustive and each request is treated on a case-by-case basis. We will provide you with a personalised offer and comply with all the measures in force in order to make the delivery process as smooth as possible. Furthermore, as soon as we receive our price offer, you will be informed of the different procedures related to the requested part.
As experts, we are able to provide you with the necessary information and accompany you throughout the purchasing process.
